Customer Host – Part‑time (20 hrs)

About the role

White Stuff is looking for a part‑time Customer Host to join its retail team. Working 20 hours per week, you will help deliver an exceptional in‑store experience and support the brand’s high‑street presence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, inspiring, and invaluable service throughout the customer journey.
• Promote multichannel shopping using the mobile point of sale (mPOS) system and create endless‑aisle orders.
• Sign customers up for email newsletters, tag purchases to profiles, and issue e‑receipts in line with data‑protection regulations.
• Use knowledge of promotions and discounts to increase sales.
• Assist with visual standards, floor moves, mannequin and window displays, and product replenishment.
• Process deliveries efficiently, manage stock, and support stock‑take activities.
• Engage with customers via the White Stuff website, Looking White Stuff, the Tea Room, and other brand channels.
• Participate in team briefs, adhere to health & safety procedures, and support Click + Collect and ship‑from‑store orders.
