Customer Service Assistant – Citywest

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Customer Service Assistant to join our Citywest shop. You will help deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting the Shop Manager in the day‑to‑day operations of a busy retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with daily store activities.
• Open and close the shop, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Manage cash handling, accept bets, and process transactions via EPOS and betting terminals.
• Guide and support the shop team in the absence of senior managers.
• Maintain high presentation standards and ensure safety and compliance.
• Promote the brand and introduce customers to multi‑channel and digital offerings.

Required profile

• Flexible to work a 7‑day schedule and adapt to a fast‑paced retail setting.
