About the role
Cohesity is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive awareness and adoption of its AI‑powered data security solutions across the French market. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates eager to start a career in sales and build a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to build and refine outbound prospecting lists targeting French enterprises.
- Identify key decision‑makers within target accounts and create multi‑channel outreach sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct discovery calls to assess prospects’ needs and introduce Cohesity’s platform.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and qualify them using predefined criteria.
- Book meetings for Account Executives and ensure smooth hand‑off of qualified opportunities.
- Develop deep knowledge of Cohesity’s solutions to effectively communicate value propositions.
Required profile
- Enthusiasm for sales with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Comfortable using CRM and prospecting tools.
- Experience researching companies, cold calling, emailing, and navigating organizational hierarchies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Receptive to coaching, high grit, and a goal‑oriented mindset.
- College or bachelor’s degree.
