Early Years Educator – Bray, Co. Wicklow

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Early Years Educators to join our dedicated team in Bray, Co. Wicklow. You will work with children aged 1 to 5, delivering high‑quality care and learning experiences in a vibrant crèche environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children and their families.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to plan and deliver daily activities.
• Develop creative learning activities that promote early development.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child’s day and progress.
• Report any concerns to the team leader or manager promptly.
• Participate in themed days and cooperate with TUSLA Early Years inspectors.

Required profile

• Minimum QQI/FETAC Level 5 qualification in childcare or early years education (or equivalent recognised by the DCDE).
• Eligibility to work full‑time in Ireland.
• Genuine passion for early childhood education, creativity, and a strong team‑player attitude.
• Willingness to undergo Garda vetting and, if applicable, international police clearance.
