Electrical Site Manager – Limerick

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead a team of electricians and technicians on projects for a leading engineering services company in Limerick. The role involves overseeing all electrical work on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site‑based electricians and technicians.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams to guarantee accurate installations and repairs.
• Allocate tasks and resources to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for complex installations.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address hazards promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used and project progress.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Mentor and train junior electricians and apprentices.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics for materials and equipment.

Required profile

• Trade‑qualified electrician with proven experience as an electrician, foreman or supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Problem‑solving mindset and resilience under pressure.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
