Executive Search Partner

About the role

This position sits at the heart of global talent acquisition, focusing on identifying and engaging senior and executive‑level leaders for technology‑driven, fast‑scaling businesses. You will own the full‑cycle executive search process, from strategy design to closing high‑impact hires, while working fully remote across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end executive search processes, including sourcing, candidate engagement, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and market maps using proactive outreach, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter and targeted sourcing strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles and ensure a structured interview process.
• Conduct market intelligence, compensation benchmarking and competitor analysis to support hiring decisions.
• Track recruitment KPIs, improve time‑to‑hire and candidate experience, and maintain data quality and compliance in ATS systems.
• Coach hiring managers on best practices, including diversity‑aware sourcing and structured evaluation frameworks.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of hands‑on executive search or senior‑level recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or retained search.
• Proven success closing Director, VP or C‑suite roles in competitive markets.
• Experience recruiting for technology, digital or high‑growth sectors such as SaaS, fintech, gaming or marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of global talent markets, especially EMEA, and familiarity with international tech ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly organized, autonomous and comfortable in fast‑paced, distributed, remote‑first environments.
