Finance Business Partner, Operations

About the role

This is a critical finance position within Kerrygold Park, reporting to the Finance Director. The role drives financial performance, operational efficiency and strategic decision‑making by partnering closely with the Operations Director and the senior leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance advisor to the Operations Director, Finance Director and site leadership, influencing operational and strategic decisions.
• Provide robust financial challenge and support to drive accountability across operations.
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for non‑finance stakeholders.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships across operations, supply chain and finance.
• Identify, prioritize and deliver continuous improvement and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Support capital investment decisions with thorough financial analysis to ensure optimal ROI.
• Develop, enhance and publish operational KPI reporting to drive performance improvement and accountability.
• Ensure full transparency and accuracy of Bill of Materials and related financial reporting.

• Proven experience as a finance business partner within an operations‑focused environment.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and provide clear financial guidance.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on cost control and performance improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to convey financial insights to non‑finance audiences.
