French‑Speaking Sales Executive (Lease Consultant)

About the role
MD7 is looking for a motivated French‑speaking Sales Executive, also called a Lease Consultant, to join its Dublin team on a hybrid basis. You will be responsible for negotiating lease agreements for mobile network sites, guiding landlords from the first contact to the final signed contract.
Key responsibilities
- Contact landlords by phone and email to negotiate lease terms.
- Research and review existing or new lease agreements using internal databases and software tools.
- Maintain accurate records by entering and updating data in the system.
- Prepare and send presentation packages and proposals to landlords.
Required profile
- Excellent French language skills (C2 level), both written and spoken.
- Basic proficiency in English.
- Strong communication, self‑motivation and independent work style.
- Effective time‑management and organizational abilities.
- Negotiation skills are a plus.
