Fund Accounting Supervisor

About the role

The Fund Accounting Supervisor will join the Fund Accounting team at The Maples Group in Dublin, supporting a portfolio of hedge fund and private‑equity clients. Working in a hybrid model, the role blends client service, NAV preparation, billing oversight and compliance activities under the guidance of senior managers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist AVPs, VPs and SVPs with client portfolios, prepare NAVs and ensure investor files comply with internal procedures.
• Liaise with investment managers and auditors to resolve issues and support audit planning.
• Raise and send client invoices promptly, monitor receivables and minimise outstanding balances.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, pursue training opportunities and develop a personal learning plan with senior leadership.
• Act in line with legal, regulatory and internal risk‑management requirements and report business issues to senior managers.
• Communicate the firm’s services knowledgeably and support business‑development initiatives.
