Geospatial Surveyor / Setting Out Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Geospatial Surveyor to join our Collinstown facility, delivering accurate field and office surveying for construction projects. The role involves using modern survey technologies and collaborating closely with clients and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed field and office surveying work, including Survey Control Network, Laser Scanning, and Setting Out.
• Prepare and analyse data to ensure construction accuracy.
• Utilise survey equipment such as Total Stations and Mobile Laser Scanning devices.
• Process data using software like AutoCAD, Leica Infinity, Navvis Ivion, Register 360, Starnet, and Navisworks.
• Attend daily/weekly meetings with clients and contractors to discuss progress and provide reports.
• Carry out any additional duties required by the contractor.

Required profile

• Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge with practical application.
• Ability to understand scopes of work and project requirements.
• High computer literacy and familiarity with BIM workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Full driving licence.
