About the role
The Global Commercial Manager – Consumables will drive sustainable revenue growth, market expansion and commercial excellence for Vitalograph’s consumable portfolio across priority markets. Working closely with regional sales leaders, direct sales teams and channel partners, you will translate strategic insights into actionable commercial plans.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve commercial revenue and margin targets for consumables.
- Develop and execute Go‑To‑Market plans to meet V30 growth objectives.
- Prioritise region‑specific targets and align resources.
- Partner with regional teams to deliver tools, targeted campaigns and enablement.
- Collaborate with product management and R&D on product strategy and roadmap.
- Track KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Identify and prioritise growth opportunities across regions, customer segments and product portfolios.
- Develop integrated global and regional commercial plans aligned to revenue and profitability targets.
- Translate strategy into clear initiatives with defined milestones, ownership and KPIs.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking against growth plans.
- Conduct deep analysis of regional markets (e.g., US, EMEA, LATAM) to uncover whitespace opportunities.
- Define target customer segments (hospitals, pulmonary labs, GP) and tailored value propositions.
- Support market entry strategies, including channel selection, pricing and localisation.
- Partner with direct sales teams and distributor networks to co‑create and execute growth plans.
- Equip teams with tools, training and insights to drive pipeline generation and conversion.
- Establish best practices in sales processes, account management and opportunity prioritisation.
