Sales Executive – Automotive Aftermarket

About the role

As a Sales Executive for the Automotive Aftermarket Division (AAD) at 3M, you will work within one of the largest UK & Ireland subsidiaries, focusing on the dynamic collision‑repair market. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key accounts and driving profitable growth through new product commercialization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key accounts in the assigned geographical area.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to align initiatives.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry developments and continuously improve product knowledge.
