About the role
Join Dalata Hotel Group as a full‑time Receptionist and be the first friendly face guests encounter. You will work in a supportive environment that offers learning tools, mentorship and clear pathways for internal growth.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Register guests, process payments and manage reservations.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Maintain security of room keys and update guest information in the system.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues calmly under pressure.
Required profile
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong communication skills.
- Calm demeanor and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in a 3‑ or 4‑star hotel is desirable but not mandatory.
