About the role
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our People team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Working in a hybrid setting based in Swords, you will help shape a positive culture while delivering core HR services across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the People Director to promote an open, positive culture.
- Conduct investigations, disciplinary meetings, performance‑improvement plans, appeals and produce witness statements.
- Manage the full sick‑leave process and address attendance issues such as lateness and high absenteeism.
- Deliver HR workshops, induction training and support recruitment and admin tasks during peak periods.
- Lead HR projects, exit interviews and wellbeing initiatives, including monthly activities and wellbeing days.
- Own the company benefits portal and support TUPE processes.
- Prepare and present management information and HR statistics to senior leadership.
- Provide flexible support to HR and Operations teams and undertake other duties as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Full driving licence and own transport.
- High attention to detail and a balanced, fun‑focused attitude.

What we offer
- Annual salary €40,000‑€45,000 plus a completion bonus.
- 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
- Hybrid work model (office and remote).
