Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT Service Operations team. In this hands‑on position you will support and enhance core infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, network operations, and security platforms, ensuring reliable and high‑performing IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 components such as Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Manage Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
• Support networking and firewall technologies, including Cisco and Palo Alto solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, network, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Deliver infrastructure projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate with external service providers and support partners.
• Maintain security controls through monitoring, vulnerability management, and patching.
• Conduct disaster‑recovery testing and keep technical documentation up to date.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems engineering, or IT operations.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 and systems engineering.
• Good understanding of networking, firewalls, cloud platforms, and security best practices.
• Experience in a regulated environment is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate (AZ‑104), Intune Administrator (MD‑102), Cisco CCNA, Palo Alto PCNSA, CompTIA Security+, or ITIL 4 Foundation are desirable.
