Inventory Controller

About the role

CEL Critical Power is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage inventory and material control across its warehouse network. Based in Ireland, you will work closely with Supply Chain, Finance and operational teams to ensure accurate stock records and support the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and weekly cycle‑count programmes, ensuring clear scheduling and communication.
• Analyse count variances, investigate root causes and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.
• Generate and execute counts using ERP and barcode‑scanning technology, capturing data in real time.
• Manage a five‑day turnaround for credit returns, reconciling financial and inventory records.
• Conduct detailed analysis of excess and obsolete stock to support optimisation decisions.
• Update all cycle‑count results promptly in the system of record.
• Audit vendor consumable stocks and perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) reconciliation audits.
• Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain on root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
