Fulfilment Specialist – Remote (Travel Operations)

About the role

LivTours is seeking a remote Fulfilment Specialist to ensure every tour runs smoothly, from booking confirmation to on‑tour guest support. You will combine logistical precision with customer care, handling complex operational details across 23 European destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full fulfilment process – ticket purchase, supplier assignment, and on‑tour client assistance.
• Verify upcoming bookings and align logistics, timing, and service elements.
• Create operational communications such as tour reminders, client updates, and supplier confirmations.
• Assist clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms, managing last‑minute changes and resolving disruptions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Guide Management, and Sales teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Prioritise and solve high‑pressure, time‑sensitive situations while maintaining accuracy.
• Stay updated on evolving products, procedures, and conditions.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in travel operations, fulfilment, or ticketing (tour operator or DMC preferred).
• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Additional European language(s) such as Italian, French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Comfortable working remotely within a multicultural European team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using Slack for team communication.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing/help‑desk platforms.
