IT Support Specialist – Dublin or Galway

About the role

DXC is hiring two IT Support Specialists to work on‑site in Dublin and Galway. Both positions focus on meeting‑room and event technology support, with a strong emphasis on automation, analytics and digital innovation. Choose the location that matches your expertise and career interests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site AV, meeting‑room and Unified Communications support for live events and daily operations.
• Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Places).
• Drive process automation, tool development, testing and documentation across AV and UC environments.
• Analyse ServiceNow and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with 3rd‑level teams, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver projects and ensure service continuity.
• Produce technical documentation, training material and knowledge‑transfer assets.

Required profile

• Experience in IT support, AV systems or related technical service environments.
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365.
• Customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in automation, innovation and continuous improvement.
