Graduate IT Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate IT Support Technician to join Aerogen’s global IT support team at our headquarters in Galway, Ireland. The role offers hands‑on exposure to a wide range of IT services, supporting local users, Irish sites and commercial teams worldwide. You will work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver responsive, customer‑focused support while developing a solid foundation for a career in IT.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support to headquarters staff, Irish sites and globally distributed commercial teams.
• Diagnose and resolve day‑to‑day technical issues across end‑user devices, applications and network services.
• Maintain accurate support desk records and contribute to the knowledge‑base.
• Assist with device deployment, infrastructure support and approved business applications.
• Participate in IT projects and service‑improvement initiatives as the organisation grows.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in IT support and service delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global, multicultural environment.
• Eagerness to learn across multiple IT disciplines and take on new challenges.
