Junior Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Coordinator to join a leading commercial interiors and fit‑out specialist. The role offers hands‑on experience across Ireland, supporting live projects from design through delivery while developing a long‑term career in the fit‑out sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and delivering commercial fit‑out and interior projects from pre‑start to completion.
• Support site logistics, project schedules, and progress tracking for multiple concurrent projects.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects on programme.
• Work with design, M&E, and joinery teams to ensure key inputs are aligned.
• Maintain project documentation, daily reports, resource requirements and general site administration.
• Visit sites regularly across Leinster, Munster and Connacht to ensure quality and smooth delivery.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly in collaboration with project managers and the delivery team.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architectural Technology, Interior Design or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in construction, commercial interiors, fit‑out or a similar project‑based environment (advantageous).
• Full clean driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly to sites across Ireland.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Interest in building a career within commercial fit‑out and project delivery.
