About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑moving team in Ireland. You will receive comprehensive training and the chance to apply your sales talent in the dynamic healthcare recruitment sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Manage recruitment vacancies from inception to placement.
• Screen, interview and shortlist candidates for healthcare roles.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of professional experience in any industry (recruitment experience not required).
• Strong passion for success and a growth‑mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to network.
• Team‑oriented and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
