Junior Solution Consultant – Remote

About the role

StudioForty9 is seeking a Junior Solution Consultant to act as the bridge between clients and our development team. This entry‑level, fully remote position focuses on understanding business needs, translating them into clear technical requirements, and ensuring alignment throughout the delivery process.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in client calls to gather business context, ask probing questions, and clarify objectives.
• Document requirements, map processes, and convert ambiguous workflows into actionable specifications for developers.
• Review existing codebases and configurations to comprehend current implementations.
• Analyze data, identify issues, and conduct discovery testing of new tools and integrations.
• Own estimates and commitments, communicating any delays proactively.

Required profile

• Open‑minded, eager to learn, and capable of independent research.
• Curious and skeptical, consistently asking “why?” to uncover true business problems.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and forming coherent pictures from incomplete information.
• AI‑native mindset – familiar with agentic AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Client‑facing confidence, willing to speak up in meetings and ask clarifying questions.
