Lab Technician

About the role

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Lab Technician to support safe and efficient laboratory operations within a cGMP environment. The role involves routine analytical tasks, equipment maintenance, and inventory management to ensure high‑quality support for biopharma projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safe work practices and report near‑misses to EHS.
• Perform general housekeeping and keep the laboratory organized.
• Calibrate balances and pH meters daily, weekly and monthly.
• Order, receive, log, and manage consumables, reagents, and standards using JDE.
• Carry out low‑complexity analytical activities such as weighing, dose testing, and oil removal from capsules.
• Maintain and calibrate analytical equipment and perform basic maintenance.
• Manage laboratory waste and sample receipt area, ensuring proper booking in JDE.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and internal initiatives.
