About the role
The Currency Management team at DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson, seeks a Lead Analyst to drive global currency impact analysis, forecasting, and hedging activities across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own a standalone Transactional Currency Impact (TCI) process for DePuy Synthes.
- Coordinate and consolidate currency impact data for budget updates and actuals.
- Lead trainings on currency and hedging, maintaining educational materials.
- Deliver currency forecasting assessments, quantifying risks and opportunities for senior management.
- Implement standard processes and leverage tools to improve efficiency.
Required profile
- University degree in Finance/Economics with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong finance, accounting, and business insight; MBA, CPA, CMA preferred.
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills in a virtual environment.
- Highly motivated with strong analytical and leadership abilities.

What we offer
- Base salary range €63,300 – €101,315 per year.
