About the role
Trinity College Dublin is seeking a Learning & Organisation Development Officer to join its expanding L&OD team. The role focuses on designing, delivering and evaluating learning programmes that support the university’s strategic plan “Thrive”.
Key responsibilities
- Design, deliver and evaluate L&OD programmes aligned with Trinity’s Strategic Plan “Thrive”.
- Facilitate learning sessions and workshops for academic and professional staff.
- Collaborate with the Head of Learning & Organisation Development and HR team to identify capability gaps.
- Manage administrative aspects of learning initiatives, including scheduling, enrolment and reporting.
- Consult with stakeholders to define learning requirements and desired outcomes.
Required profile
- Level 8 university degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification and/or coaching or facilitation accreditation.
- Minimum five years’ experience in a Learning and Development role.
- Proven ability to coordinate L&D initiatives in a comparable organisation.
- Strong stakeholder consultation and communication skills.
Required skills
- Facilitation and workshop delivery.

- Administration of learning initiatives.
What we offer
- Permanent position on the Administrative 2 pay scale (€59,589‑€70,018 per annum).
