Manager, Enterprise Learning Integration Excellence

About the role

Salesforce is looking for a Manager of Enterprise Learning Integration Excellence to design and deliver world‑class onboarding experiences for new hires at all levels. You will act as the primary face of the company for newcomers, ensuring they quickly understand our culture, business, and values.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate live, in‑person and virtual onboarding sessions for diverse audiences, including executives.
• Lead the regional Discovering Salesforce program in EMEA, overseeing end‑to‑end delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with Integration Excellence and Enterprise Learning Portfolio Strategy teams to keep the onboarding approach centralized and innovative.
• Maintain a psychologically safe learning environment and adapt facilitation style to audience needs.
• Support 2+ onboarding sessions per month and up to three additional in‑person programs.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in facilitating complex learning programs for corporate and enterprise audiences.
• Strong presence and credibility when presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to balance structured delivery with on‑the‑fly adjustments without compromising learning outcomes.
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and multiple learning modalities.
• Passion for continuous improvement and impact‑driven facilitation.
