HR Professional – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Role

About the role

We are looking for an HR Professional to join Brown Brothers Harriman’s Dublin office on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Working closely with the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will support both local and global HR initiatives and help drive our talent strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Ireland HR Lead in delivering HR initiatives and projects.
• Design and implement employee engagement programmes.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise to coordinate people processes.
• Build strong business relationships to act as a trusted advisor on HR matters.
• Analyse internal and external data to identify trends and support talent programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CIPD membership preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
