Marketing Executive – Projects & Design

About the role

Hodson Bay Group is looking for a proactive Marketing Executive – Projects & Design to join its Marketing Department at the Hodson Bay Hotel in Athlone. This hybrid position blends generalist marketing coordination, project management and hands‑on graphic design, with a primary focus on the Yew Point eco‑tourism proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of the Yew Point proposition across all marketing touchpoints, from brief to final output.
• Manage project plans, track actions and dependencies, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and the wider marketing team to ensure briefs are complete and brand standards are upheld.
• Support planning and scheduling of content and campaigns, gathering inputs and organising approvals.
• Design and update digital and print assets, maintaining high attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Coordinate collateral production for campaigns, launches and events, ensuring timely approval and distribution.

• Customer‑first mindset with a creative approach to messaging and presentation.

Required skills
