Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Kneat is seeking a driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own and grow its paid search program across North America, the EU, and LATAM. The role focuses on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising while supporting LinkedIn Ads, organic social, email, and ABM initiatives as part of a multi‑channel demand generation engine.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end PPC strategy on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including search, display, and demand‑gen campaigns.
• Manage campaign setup, budget allocation, bid strategies, and continuous performance optimization.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform targeting and bidding decisions.
• Write and test ad copy and landing page variations to improve quality scores, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Identify and run A/B tests to lower cost‑per‑acquisition and enhance lead quality.
• Analyze performance data using Posthog, HubSpot, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and reporting dashboards; present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor spend pacing and ensure campaigns meet agreed KPIs.
• Measure and communicate the contribution of paid search to the overall marketing mix.
• Support LinkedIn Ads campaigns targeting key decision‑makers and assist with organic social, email, and ABM execution via 6sense.
