About the role

This entry‑level position sits at the intersection of content creation, growth marketing, and artificial intelligence. You will work in a fast‑paced, product‑driven environment, contributing to B2B digital products while gaining hands‑on experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging marketing content such as blog articles, case studies, and social media posts.
• Support brand visibility analysis in large language models (LLMs) and help optimise digital presence.
• Participate in event‑related marketing initiatives and broader content‑driven projects.
• Collaborate with sales, development, and design teams to align messaging and campaigns.
• Use AI tools to enhance content creation, productivity, and marketing analysis.
• Assist in coordinating small projects, gradually taking on more ownership.
• Contribute to data analysis tasks to derive insights for marketing decisions.

Required profile

• First experience in marketing through internships, freelance work, academic projects, or brand initiatives.
• Strong writing and content creation skills with a portfolio of samples.
• Ability to independently manage small projects from start to finish.
• Fluent in Polish and English, with confident communication skills.
• Basic analytical mindset and hands‑on experience using AI tools in daily work.
