Social Media and Content Creation Specialist

About the role

We are a leading travel company that operates several well‑known online travel agencies. We are looking for a Social Media and Content Creation Specialist to shape and grow the social presence of our brands, driving engagement, traffic and revenue through compelling visual storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Create, shoot, edit and publish high‑quality video reels and static images tailored to each platform.
• Optimize social pages to reflect brand identity and maximise reach.
• Engage with followers, manage comments and maintain a professional community tone.
• Monitor trends, tools and techniques to keep the brands ahead of the curve.
• Analyse performance using analytics tools, report insights and adjust content for better results.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing and retail teams on campaigns, paid social ads and promotional videos.
• Identify earned‑media opportunities to boost brand visibility.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Social Media, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content for B2C brands.
• Hands‑on experience with video creation for TikTok, Instagram Reels and on‑camera presentations.
