Meetings & Events Coordinator

About the role

Join a dynamic team at a 4‑star hotel where you will coordinate meetings, conferences, weddings and other events, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all meeting and event enquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate and manage events from initial enquiry through to completion, working closely with management, operations and other departments.
• Liaise with clients to capture requirements, prepare function sheets, bookings, payments and invoicing using Hotsoft.
• Conduct venue tours for prospective clients and showcase hotel facilities.
• Assist with menu preparation, printing and on‑site support during events.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication of event details.
• Gather client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of the hotel’s events offering.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, meetings and events, or hotel administration (preferred).
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Professional, positive and flexible attitude.

Required skills

• Experience using Hotsoft or similar event‑management systems.
