Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of baristas and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage store operations including inventory control, cash handling, and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor key performance indicators.
• Plan and conduct staff training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure the store environment reflects brand values.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or hospitality management, preferably in a coffee or food‑service environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused setting.
