Mid-Market AI Advisor – French Speaking

About the role

Join CPL’s fast‑growing AI team in Dublin as a Mid‑Market AI Advisor for the French market. This consultative position focuses on helping senior business leaders understand how AI can transform their operations, rather than high‑volume cold outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Engage C‑level and senior stakeholders across mid‑market and enterprise organisations to discuss AI strategy, automation, productivity and long‑term value.
• Lead early‑to‑mid sales cycle activities, including account mapping, discovery, qualification and warm hand‑overs to broader sales teams.
• Research target accounts, identify business pain points and drive strategic, insight‑led conversations.
• Collaborate with sales, advisory and product teams to shape AI‑focused solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong consultative sales or business development background, comfortable speaking with senior and C‑level executives.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to research accounts, uncover pain points and lead strategic discussions.
• Experience in SaaS, tech, consulting, digital transformation or platform sales is highly relevant.
