About the role

Cpl Healthcare is partnering with leading private hospitals in Dublin to recruit registered nurses for a variety of acute‑care specialties. Positions are available across day units, theatre, bariatric, medical‑surgical, oncology, orthopaedics, endoscopy, ICU/HDU and cardiology, with start dates throughout the summer of 2026. These roles provide the opportunity to work in state‑of‑the‑art facilities and advance your clinical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality patient care in the assigned specialty area.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs and respond to clinical changes.
• Assist with procedures and support multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Ensure infection control standards are upheld and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMBI registration.
• Recent experience in one of the listed specialties.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
