Part-time Recruitment Manager (Creative Talent)

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Recruitment Manager to help grow the creative team behind Soul Atlas, an expanding fantasy universe that includes comics, games, music, and films. Working remotely, you will act as the bridge between leadership and artists, designers, editors, and other specialists needed to bring new stories to life.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear, compelling job descriptions for a wide range of creative disciplines.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through online platforms, communities, and direct outreach.
• Manage the full recruitment pipeline: screening, scheduling, coordinating, and conducting interviews.
• Evaluate portfolios for skill, stylistic alignment, and fit with the Soul Atlas vision.
• Maintain organized candidate tracking systems and hiring documentation.
• Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and refine recruitment strategies.
• Monitor email regularly to keep track of applicants.

Required profile

• Prior recruiting experience, ideally focused on creative roles.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent.
• Strong understanding of artistic disciplines (a plus).
• Ability to assess and discuss creative portfolios with nuance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a remote, international team.
• Passion for fantasy, history, or world‑building (a plus).
