Part‑time Front Office Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional part‑time Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests at Park Inn by Radisson, Shannon Airport. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes while providing accurate information about hotel facilities and local attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, register them and process payments.
• Answer guest queries about hotel services and tourist information.
• Maintain security of room keys and manage key control.
• Update guest information in the reservation system and keep documentation accurate.
• Take and confirm reservations, manage the reception area and handle a high volume of calls and emails.
• Liaise with colleagues, management and external stakeholders as needed.
• Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks related to front‑desk operations.

Required profile

• Excellent customer‑care attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized and pay close attention to detail.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a busy environment.
• Flexible, adaptable and positive approach to supporting business needs.
