Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support sourcing, tendering and contract management activities within a public sector environment. The role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with public procurement regulations and to deliver value‑added procurement solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end tendering processes, from preparation of documentation to evaluation of bids.
• Coordinate sourcing activities and maintain supplier relationships.
• Oversee contract administration and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Monitor compliance with EU procurement directives and national public procurement legislation.
• Provide regular reporting on procurement activities and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in public procurement.
• Public Procurement Qualification (essential).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of EU procurement directives is desirable.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
