Compliance Analyst – Email Surveillance

About the role

We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to join our Dublin‑based financial services organisation. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory standards by reviewing email communications, supporting investigations and helping to evolve our compliance policies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of email communications for trading groups to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Perform detailed searches for internal investigations and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather relevant information.
• Prepare weekly and monthly memos summarising surveillance findings for senior management.
• Assist in developing and updating compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory changes.
• Stay current with regulatory developments and share knowledge across the team.
• Participate in additional compliance projects and contribute to process optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in compliance within financial services.
• Experience with a Registered Investment Adviser or Broker‑Dealer is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of regulators such as the Central Bank of Ireland, FCA, SEC, CFTC, MAS and key regulations.
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
