Product Marketing Manager

About the role

OneTouch Health is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to bridge product development and market adoption. Based in Galway with a hybrid work model, you will shape how our social‑care software is presented to customers across Ireland, the UK, Europe and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain messaging frameworks, buyer personas and competitive positioning for all markets.
• Lead go‑to‑market plans for new features and market expansions, coordinating product, sales and customer success teams.
• Own the end‑to‑end content library, including case studies, white papers, web copy, email nurture and solution briefs.
• Create sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, battlecards, ROI calculators and objection‑handling guides, and run regular enablement sessions.
• Gather market intelligence through customer interviews, competitive analysis and regulatory monitoring, and brief internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of product marketing or B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• Proven track record of owning messaging, content creation and go‑to‑market execution.
• Experience in health‑tech, social‑care technology or workforce‑management software is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated commercial fluency and ability to link marketing activities to pipeline and revenue.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or comparable marketing automation platform).
• Google Analytics 4.
• Content and design creation tools.
