Marketing Manager – Brand & Communications Lead

About the role

This senior Marketing Manager position partners with the Head of Marketing & Communications to shape and execute a company‑wide marketing strategy for a leading Ireland/UK main contractor. You will drive brand growth, create compelling content, and support multi‑million‑euro projects across internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Protect and grow the brand through employer branding, client engagement, and site initiatives.
• Develop internal communications that reinforce culture, values, and employee engagement.
• Own social media strategy, content calendar, publishing, audience interaction, reputation management, and performance reporting.
• Produce end‑to‑end content and collateral such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and project sheets.
• Manage SEO‑led website content and support overall site performance.
• Lead PR activities, including press releases, media liaison, and advertising or sponsorship support.
• Coordinate creative production of photography, video, and drone assets.
• Plan and deliver internal and external events aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct competitor research, benchmarking, and provide clear stakeholder updates.
• Oversee external agencies and consultants covering design, copy, digital, and production.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, with strong brand, campaign, and content expertise.
• Proven track record of managing corporate social media channels.
• Comfortable using CMS, CRM, and social analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
