Production Operator

About the role

Innalabs is seeking Production Operators to join its manufacturing team on a 16‑week fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of a permanent position thereafter. The role is ideal for candidates with at least six months of hands‑on production experience who can start immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out assigned production tasks on the shop floor.
• Maintain quality and safety standards while meeting production targets.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and respond to immediate staffing needs.

Required profile

• Minimum of six months experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to follow instructions.
• Legal right to work in Ireland.
• Immediate availability for a temporary assignment.
