Production Operator

About the role

PSC Biotech is seeking a Production Operator to join its Integrated Production Team (IPT). The role involves operating and monitoring a range of manufacturing equipment in a clean‑room environment to ensure reliable product supply for top pharmaceutical clients.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment using MES/DCS and PLC systems, targeting optimal uptime and output.
• Perform clean‑room cleaning, housekeeping and materials management while applying Lean principles for continuous improvement.
• Maintain full certification and proficiency on all equipment, including parts washers, autoclaves, CIP/SIP tanks, vial washers, Depyro tunnels, debaggers and filling machines.
• Track equipment flow, manage hold times, label and inventory sterile equipment using Kanban and automated MES status updates.
• Execute preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment where qualified.
• Support the creation and revision of operational procedures and training materials for IPT systems.
• Participate actively in continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fully certified and proficient on all production equipment and processes.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Strong understanding of factory priorities and schedules (RTMS).
