Project Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Project Architect to lead residential projects from initial design through to on‑site completion. You will ensure technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction throughout each development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead residential projects from concept to completion on site.
• Oversee technical coordination and ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and planning guidelines.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, contractors, local authorities, and project teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, progress, and safety.
• Manage schedules, budgets, consultant teams, and project communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years' experience as an architect with a residential project portfolio.
• In‑depth knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, planning processes, and residential construction.
• Proven experience managing projects through construction and site supervision.
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with local authority approvals for residential projects in Ireland.

Required skills

• Proficient in Revit.
