Project Engineer (Immediate Start)

About the role

A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Dublin is looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join the team immediately. The role is short‑term and focuses on delivering key engineering projects across manufacturing and packaging systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support engineering projects involving serialisation systems, preferably Advanco.
• Work on packaging lines, tablet presses and related manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and review User Requirement Specifications (URS).
• Support Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) activities.
• Assist with commissioning from an engineering perspective.
• Provide engineering input to validation activities, supporting QA/validation teams.
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and site procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality and operations teams.

Required profile

• Strong experience in a GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical or life‑sciences environment.
• Proven background in project engineering roles.
• Hands‑on experience with serialisation systems (Advanco preferred), packaging lines and/or tablet press equipment.
• Experience with URS development, FAT, SAT and commissioning activities.
• Solid understanding of GMP requirements.
• Ability to work independently and integrate quickly into an established team.
