About the role
Join a high‑profile transformation programme in Dublin and take ownership of your own workstreams. In this hybrid role you will move beyond coordination to full delivery, managing schedules, driving actions and aligning stakeholders in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage discrete project workstreams end‑to‑end.
- Own project planning, scheduling and delivery tracking across multiple priorities.
- Prepare and present progress updates and reporting packs for senior stakeholders.
- Maintain governance frameworks, including RAID logs, actions and decision logs.
- Build strong relationships across the business to drive accountability and momentum.
Required profile
- Organised, proactive and ready to step up in a PM career.
- Comfortable owning work and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and make a real impact.
- 3‑7 years of experience in project management, PMO or coordination.
- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong written, visual and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel with an eye for clear reporting.
- Eager to develop and grow within a programme environment.
