Project Manager – Large Construction Projects

About the role

Vision Contracting Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large or multiple construction sites in Kerry. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, senior engineers, foremen and quantity surveyors.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning, design development and RFI management to handover.
• Manage design team relationships and coordinate design workshops.
• Plan weekly work programmes, produce progress reports and ensure key milestones are met.
• Supervise subcontractors, engineering and operational staff on‑site.
• Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to align the site programme with budget and commercial goals.
• Promote a strong Health & Safety culture and chair weekly management meetings.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Progressed from a Senior Engineer role to Project Manager.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation ability and financial understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
