Project Manager – Utilities & Civil Works (Dublin Airport)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead utilities and civil works on a major infrastructure project at Dublin Airport. You will be responsible for delivering high‑value civil and utilities packages safely, on time, and within budget in a live airport environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of utilities and civil works on a large‑scale infrastructure project.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution from planning through to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, airport authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure works are delivered in line with specifications, programme, and budget.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and procurement requirements.
• Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards in a live operational environment.
• Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive programme performance and achieve key milestones.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering utilities and/or civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of drainage, ducting, roadworks, and underground services.
• Experience working in live environments such as airports or similar complex infrastructure projects.
• Background in civil engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience managing large‑scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
