Property Lawyer

About the role

William Fry LLP is seeking a Property Lawyer to join its award‑winning Property Department. You will work on high‑value commercial real estate transactions, advising institutional investors, private equity funds and major retailers across Ireland and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end commercial real estate deals, including acquisitions, disposals and financings.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex contracts, leases and ancillary documentation.
• Provide strategic advice on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and market trends.
• Lead due‑diligence processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Contribute to business development through thought leadership, client pitches and networking.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Required profile

• 3–7 years post‑qualification experience in commercial property law.
• Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills.
• Commercially focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, initiative‑taking and able to work effectively as part of a team.
