Protective Services Development Manager – Business Development

About the role

Securitas Ireland is looking for an experienced Protective Services Development Manager to lead profitable growth across a portfolio of strategic client accounts. You will combine business development, client relationship management and innovative security solutions to protect people, property and peace of mind.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with branch operations managers and the commercial team to define growth strategies.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, understanding their security needs and identifying opportunities for expanded services.
• Conduct risk‑based reviews of existing service provisions and propose alternative solutions that leverage Securitas’ full service portfolio.
• Drive new business acquisition while actively managing the existing portfolio to maximise efficiency, profitability and customer retention.
• Identify and communicate significant risks or issues to internal teams and work jointly to implement appropriate solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security services business development or client relationship management, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong understanding of risk‑based service evaluation and portfolio management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across operations, commercial and branch teams.
